Official schedule
After verified payment, a learner selects one available batch timing. The confirmed start date and joining information are communicated through the registered contact channels. Times are in Indian Standard Time unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation by QloudSpace
If a batch cannot proceed, QloudSpace may contact affected learners through WhatsApp, call or email. Refund or transfer options for a QloudSpace-initiated cancellation will be communicated directly. A learner is not required to accept a transfer.

Material schedule changes
If the start date or recurring day/time pattern changes materially, a learner who cannot reasonably attend may choose a full refund or transfer by replying within seven calendar days of notice or before the revised cohort starts, whichever occurs first.

Individual-session changes
An individual session may be rescheduled for instructor illness, platform outage, emergency or another unavoidable issue. QloudSpace will provide reasonable notice and preserve the overall live-session commitment where reasonably possible.

Instructor changes
An instructor may be replaced where reasonably necessary. This is not by itself a material rescheduling where the replacement is suitably qualified and the curriculum, format and session commitment remain substantially unchanged.

Extended interruption
If delivery is interrupted, QloudSpace may pause and reschedule remaining sessions. If the programme cannot resume or a reasonable equivalent cannot be provided, affected learners will be contacted directly about transfer or refund options.

Learner-requested transfer
Transfer requests are considered separately from refund eligibility and remain subject to available batch timings. Transfers are personal and non-transferable.

Recordings
Enrolled learners receive recording access for 90 days after the final live session. A recording does not replace the live delivery commitment.
