01

Application of these terms

These Terms apply to https://www.qloudspace.com, free demonstrations, programme enrolments and services supplied by Harish N, carrying on business as QloudSpace Academy. By submitting an enrolment, completing payment or using an enrolled-learner service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the linked policies. If you do not agree, do not submit an enrolment or use the relevant service.

02

Operator

Harish N, carrying on business as QloudSpace Academy. Business location: Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India - 560022.

03

Eligibility

The programme is intended for persons who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. You must provide accurate information and ordinarily enrol for your own professional learning.

04

Acceptable use

You must use the website, forms, programme and learner resources lawfully and without infringing, restricting or disrupting another person’s rights or use. Information you submit must be true, accurate, current, complete and non-misleading.

  • Do not damage, overload, disrupt or impair the website’s performance, availability, security or accessibility.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, abusive or offensive activity, or introduce malware or other malicious code.
  • Do not scrape, mine, harvest or systematically extract site data, or use automated access that harms the service, without written permission. Ordinary public search-engine indexing is permitted.
  • Do not use information collected from the website for unsolicited direct marketing.

05

Programme and digital delivery

The AWS & DevOps Professional Foundation Programme is delivered in English through 45 weekday, 75-minute, live instructor-led online classes, together providing 56+ live hours. After payment, one available batch timing is selected. The confirmed start date and joining information are communicated through the registered contact channels.

  • Three guided project journeys support learning and independent practice and are not formally assessed.
  • A digital course-completion certificate requires at least 75% attendance and is not an AWS certification or employment credential.
  • No job, placement, salary, certification-exam or other career outcome is guaranteed.

06

Enrolment, availability and price

Enrolment is confirmed only after successful payment has been independently verified. Batch availability, programme price, discount, tax treatment and total payable amount are resolved by QloudSpace systems before payment. Any payment received for an enrolment that QloudSpace cannot accept will be refunded in full.

07

Hosted payment

Payments are processed on a hosted payment page and through its payment partners. QloudSpace does not ask you to provide full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, banking passwords or one-time passwords. Only one valid promotional code may be applied to a transaction.

A browser return from the payment page does not by itself confirm enrolment. QloudSpace verifies the provider transaction before treating an order as paid.

08

Refunds and cancellations

You may request a full refund before the fourth live session begins. Once Session 4 has started, the course fee is non-refundable, except where a remedy remains available under the applicable policy or law. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy before payment.

09

Cohort and session changes

Reasonable schedule or instructor changes may occasionally be required. Rights relating to cohort cancellation, material rescheduling and interrupted delivery are set out in the Cohort Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

10

Learner responsibilities

You must maintain suitable internet and equipment, protect session links and learner-only materials, behave respectfully, use only systems and data you are authorised to access, and avoid sharing production credentials or confidential employer or customer information. You are responsible for charges incurred in cloud accounts owned or controlled by you.

11

Intellectual property

Enrolment provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use learner materials for your own learning. Without written permission, you must not distribute materials, share access, record or livestream sessions, commercially exploit content, or use it to deliver a competing service.

12

Session recordings

Enrolled learners receive recording access for 90 days after the final live session. Access is personal and must not be shared.

A notified recording may capture a participant’s display name, voice, video, screen share or chat. Participants must not make their own recording without written permission and, where relevant, permission from others.

13

Communications and service providers

QloudSpace may send service communications about demonstrations, enrolment, payment, refunds, sessions, security and support by email, telephone or WhatsApp. Marketing is optional, requires separate consent and may be declined without affecting service communications.

The website and programme may use service providers for hosted payments, website and database hosting, live classes, messaging, learner communities, identity verification and forms. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. Third-party names and marks, including AWS, belong to their owners and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

14

Suspension or removal

Access may be restricted or ended for serious or repeated misconduct, security compromise, infringement, unauthorised sharing or material breach. Where appropriate, QloudSpace will provide a warning and reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. Any refund will depend on applicable law and the circumstances.

15

Educational nature and liability

QloudSpace will provide the programme with reasonable care and skill. Technical examples are educational and must be independently evaluated before production use. To the extent permitted by law, aggregate contractual liability for a paid enrolment will not exceed the amount paid for that enrolment. Nothing excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16

Changes

The version accepted at enrolment will ordinarily govern that enrolment. Updates apply prospectively. A material adverse change will not remove a right already accrued under the accepted version.

17

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India will have jurisdiction. QloudSpace encourages use of the grievance process first.
