Price disclosure
The programme price, applicable discount, tax treatment and total payable amount are displayed before payment and calculated by QloudSpace systems. The browser does not determine or override the amount charged.

Hosted checkout
Payment credentials are collected and processed on the provider’s hosted payment page. QloudSpace does not collect or store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, banking passwords or one-time passwords.
The payment provider may collect billing details required by its payment partners. QloudSpace may receive limited payer, transaction and billing facts required for transaction verification, reconciliation, refunds, fraud prevention and customer support.

Payment confirmation
A payment and enrolment are treated as confirmed only after the provider result has been independently verified against the QloudSpace order, amount and currency. A browser message or debit notification alone is not confirmation.

Pending, failed or duplicate transactions
If money appears debited but enrolment is not confirmed, or if a transaction is pending, failed or duplicated, retain the QloudSpace order number and provider reference and contact support. QloudSpace will check the available provider records before changing order or enrolment status.

Refunds
Approved refunds are initiated through the payment provider to the original payment method. Eligibility and timing are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
